You need to set the mmDataGrid's BindingSource property (click on the ellipses button [...] next to the property).

There is a section in the MM .NET Dev Guide, "Data Binding Mere Mortals Web Form Controls" that shows how to bind simple controls (textboxes, checkboxes, etc.), List Controls (list boxes, combo boxes, etc.) and DataGrids.
