John,
What is embarrasing is the denial...
Let's assume it is FPW and not VFP. The question necessarily turns to why are they not looking to migrate to VFP? So you see, whether "FoxPro" refers to FPW OR VFP does not make a difference - does it?
i.e. John, the origin is not nearly as important as the destination. All we know is that the destination is not VFP - and that is the point I was making.
Insofar as this particular ad is concerned, a VFP rewrite does indeed appear to be out of the question.

>Please, it does NOT say VFP. It says Foxpro. If this company wants to upgrade their old foxpro apps to something "contemporary" then I'm sure everybody here would understand. In view of the sort of person they are seeking, a VFP rewrite is not out of the question. In which case your whole position is an embarrassment.
