Go to Tools -> Optins File Locations -> Help File and change it to

c:\program files\microsoft visual studio\msdn\2001apr\1033\foxhelp.chm

or wherever MSDN is installed. Keep in mind that October 2001 is the last version of Msdn Library that can be used with VS6/VFP6.
