How does the hierarchical XML work with the XMLadapter?

The docs allude to a table with child tables but I have not found any examples on how to properly set this up.

If I do 2 addtable schemas with no relation I get one table and then another. I want to have 2 cursors but export a nested (hierarchical) XML file.

How can I do this.
