A report will print all of the records by default so I do not understand your question? If each record in the table is a line in your report that you store in the table instead of appending it to a file, it will print them all without any special commands or report formatting. Now if you want to have multiple faxes in one report, then create a second field in the table for the fax_id number and you can either create a group expression in the report or use the FOR command when you run the report to filter on that record's value. For instance, all detailline records that are on fax1 would have a value of '1' in the fax_id field, etc. The report only needs the single item of [reporttablename].detailline in the detail band and make it one line high and it should stretch from the left margin to the right margin.
>And how would I format the report so it would print all of the records?
