I am using Inno Setup (with Istool).. I never seen tool so powerful and easy to use.. I highly recommend..

We can control everything on It.. Installations banners and options, interface language.. And, installation of APIs, control of tasks, after/before install.. Windows register keys and other options

Inno setup is the one !! Beats installshield by far..
