Your pledge for "My Documents" is understood. See the star.

But I do have serious doubts about your suggestion "c:\ViaFox\...". Indeed, some companies (want to) install stuff at that C-root level, but IMO it's rather intruding, impolite and incorrect. Those companies show somewhat ego-centric (MyCom-centric) behavior.

It's my hunch that where these days only some companies still want to install at the C-root level, a higher percentage of developers (including vfp-developers) still want to install the software at that level. You can imagine that I also oppose this MyApp-centric behavior, for the same reasons.
