I have a client running a legacy 2.6 application from 3 locations. The central office runs the app over the LAN, and from two other offices they run it over terminal services. The primary function of the application is to enter and print test reports. They are using a variety of hp laser printer to print the reports.

They are having a sever problem with the printing system. Several times a day when printing reports the printing system will lock up. The application continues to run but nothing will print until they reboot the server. I do not beleive that the application is crashing.

I need suggestions for configuration things we can look at to see where the problem is. Can anybody help?
