I remember another little fun gotcha with outlook - if you don't have msn messenger, disable it in the options in outlook.

>I'm trying to develop on a new generic XP pro 2.66GHz machine with both VFP 8 and VS.Net installed. The constant waits while the OS goes out to stare into the weeds for 10-45 seconds periodically is driving me nuts. Is anyone else out there having any similar problems?
