Hi George,

Thanks for the kind offer. I have little doubt that with your assistance I could get a working solution. However, Gerald show me a very simple solution to the problem. I really can't believe that his tip was a solution, but, I'm not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. It works great. And this time I didn't jump the gun :)

>Just a thought. You might want to consider using LockWindowUpdate() in the API in addition to LockScreen, using it on the ActiveX control rather than the VFP form. There's an example in an article I had published in the VFUG newsletter connected with using this function with the TreeView control. You might want to take a look at that. It'll tell you what you need to know regarding declaration and usage.
