So you're saying that the US does not recognize "verbal contracts" ? (Whereas in Canada we do).

Actually, no response is required ...

It dawned on me that MS' speek has no more significance than that of any other "salesman" when they say it will make you "feel cleaner; smell fresher" (which I expect would be the defense if anyone attempted to argue the case for "support").

Any "warranties" expressed by MS are meaningless (since "feeling cleaner, fresher" is all relative); it's buyer beware.

Whether VFP, Dot Net, or whatever, is a viable platform or not (based on the above), is meaningless (IMO) ... in consideration of who is selling it (all bets are off).

Yes, JVP, it's a wonderful system ... You're welcome to it.
