As I said, it depends wich way you want to go. If you use 'modify project' command, don't use 'build project' anymore. If you stick with 'build project' command, add that PRG to the BUILD PROJECT command.
build project mcm recompile from start.prg, whatever.prg
BTW, is there any reason you're rebuilding your project every time?
