Jos,
>Mike, you like an esoteric thought on time? The idea of a timeline extending from a past to a future is an illusion. There has never been a past or future time. There has only ever been the current moment. The entire universe exists in this moment. Time is the illusion we get because things change. The rate of change in everything creates the idea of time as a line from past to future. But it all happens in the current moment. If nothing changed there would be no idea of time ;)
As much I understand from einsteins writings, time is the 4th dimension and is an important variable in science. how would you express the speed of light and the fact that the 'speed' of time depends on mass or gravity.
