First, there is - nor has there ever been such a thing as "VFP Certification"

Second, all MS developer cert efforts are directed at .NET

Third, there was little to no demand for the VFP tests.

Bottom line, the Fox community, in spite of crying for the tests, did not support the effort by taking the tests. My suggestion is that if you want MCSD certification, you better hurry and get it by June. It will be in the old track - but you will be certified. What good it will do you, I have no idea....
