John -

You are like some sort of text eating vampire who thrives on the adverse reactions of the people you antagonize.

You decided to become an attorney, yet you cannot seem to sever your ties with this part of your past.

You have sustained your barrage on the folks in this forum throughout your law school years. What kind of contribution do you feel you are making here? Do you have a divine calling to save people from VFP?

It's long past time for you to move on to new feeding grounds.

When you get there keep in mind:
1. It is one thing to argue the law and quite another to win the case.
2. You will never know who you are talking to or what they know or who they know.
3. There are rules of behavior and consequences of breaking them, even for lawyers.

>Very nicely said Jos, I really don't understand the repeated negative messages offered by JVP. The same type of repeated negative comments in the legal profession may get him disbarred.

>Comments like this puzzle me because I don't understand what your intended effect is. First off, can my comments be considered negative? I suppose they can, but in reality, I am simply commenting on how I view opinions of others. Indeed, I think the viewpoint by most in the I/T world toward Fox is negative. Again, does that make my comment negative? I don't think it does. And for that matter, I don't think my comment is positive either - it just "is".

>The disbarment comment by you is pretty ignorant considering it is clear you don't have the slightest clue as to what could get a lawyer disbarred. I will tell you that negative commentary won't do it. Lawyers be their nature tend to be fairly pessimistic. They also tend to be fairly opinionated as well. I suspect your purpose is to try an needle me a bit.

>I believe what you perceive as negativity - is actually reality.

>Sometimes Tom, the truth hurts. And by the way, I am not the first to say that here. Yet I am the only one that gets the harsh critique. It's alright...I can handle it...< bg >.. In fact, I appreciate the candor. All I would say is that if you are going to make a comment Tom, you should have at least some passing knowledge about the subject matter.
