Hullo Robert.
PDF and Tiff work well for me as report output file types for faxing.
For PDF I sent to a service.
For Tiff I make a Tiff file that that is native to my fax card .

There should be a fax printer driver with Castelle, and I as remember, a good ?file option as well [something to encapsulate/wrap].
