The avfpdemo2 app never ran successfully on this machine. When I tried to install activevfp using AVFP_VFP6.exe, the process always stopped at "resource file version mismatch" error and not allow me to proceed with postsetup. A successful installation would have created the avfpdemo2 app, started the postsetup program and finally loaded the default page in IE at URL "http://localhost/avfpdemo2/default.asp"
What I did was to recompile postsetup/webappbuilder and run webappbuilder. This time, everything went smoothly but the default page just wouldn't load???

I have used defaults of "LOCALHOST"(tried putting in the local IP address but didn't work) and "Default Web Site" for Domain Name and Web Site. The web server is running on single IP.
