I think Whil said during the closing session that the session topics would be flip flopped in 2004. Instead of 90% fox sessions and 10% "non fox" sessions in 2003 it would be 10% fox sessions and 90% "non fox" sessions in 2004. But after reading post from Daniel it seems there will be no Whilefest 2004. That is too bad.
