That is indeed a kind statement!

In Psychology there is a term called “Maturation”. Our professor taught us that the average 3 year old can construct a sentence averaging 3.2 words. This is the length of a sentence George W. Bush (GWB) can construct before stopping, stammering or tripping over his own words.

GWB may not be able to communicate which truly has me concerned about his thought process and agenda. I tend to forgive people who speak English for whom ours is not his or her first language. I am not forgiving towards the leader of the world’s most powerful nation for his inability to express himself in an intelligent manner.
