Is there a OCX or VCX or whatever to do 'Short cut menus'?

Was wondering if there was a quick way of doing the
right-mouse click thing to get the little menu. I have
looked at & tried several attempts but am not happy.
One had 'Define Popup/Define Bar' approach but if you
clicked at the bottom of the object & had more then 2
choices then the middle choices were not visible...
