The quick-dirty answer is "no."
Now, depending on you circumstances, you might be able to. It requires that you take a tlog backup and then restore the lastest db back plus all tlogs since. Then restore the tlog backup that you took after the deletes occurred BUT use the STOPAT option to stop restoring any log entries at some point in time. The trick is figuring out the time that the deletes occurred.
Of course, doing this will mean that you lose ALL data modifications that occurred after the STOPAT time.
