I have a column in a grid and I want the ability to use a Combo Box that will be populated from 10 other fields in that same record. What do I make the controlsource?

I tried setting ControlSource to field and use Testdb.field2, field3, field4, etc. - This puts the entire field from the database and I only want the current record.

Also, I want the ability to type in a value. Do I need to put a combobox and a text box in that column of the grid to acomplish this?
