I spent months working on FPD26 reports in VFP8. Then I stopped and worked entirely on forms for a couple of months. I recently had to open one of vfp8 reports to modify it and I kept looking for form controls to do it. I automatically right-clicked on a label and looked for its properties to change its caption :o) I think there should be a standardization between modifying a form and modifying a report. The gui could be alitle more similar I think.
