>Your monthly letters are appreciated, and this month's marketing materials are particularly welcomed. I assume the intent is to get the widest possible distribution of this information, yet the copyright notice on the Evaluation Guide prohibits reproduction or transmission in any form. I'd like some of my customers to see this document and as a courtesy would prefer to hand it to them on paper or e-mail it to them as a DOC or a PDF. However, the copyright restriction implies all I can do is tell them the URL and suggest they go get it for themselves. Could you please clarify it it's okay for us to distribute this document in print and/or by e-mail?
Hi Rick. The only issues are modification or reuse of that material without permission. Feel free to distribute the DOC or print it and distribute if needed, if you can't just provide the URL for their download. Just don't make any changes to the document (electronic or printing). As for the slide deck, that file is designed to be modified as needed for presentations at user groups, conferences, etc.
