>>>>>>President Bush would never use a word such as “imminent”. It has too many letters. :)
>>>>
>>>>Ouch! Seriously, I'm not sure he's as dumb as people like to portray... he gets words twisted sometimes, but so do some of the smartest people I ever met.
>>>
>>>John;
>>>
>>>That is indeed a kind statement!
>>>
>>>In Psychology there is a term called “Maturation”. Our professor taught us that the average 3 year old can construct a sentence averaging 3.2 words. This is the length of a sentence George W. Bush (GWB) can construct before stopping, stammering or tripping over his own words.
>>>
>>>GWB may not be able to communicate which truly has me concerned about his thought process and agenda. I tend to forgive people who speak English for whom ours is not his or her first language. I am not forgiving towards the leader of the world’s most powerful nation for his inability to express himself in an intelligent manner.

>>So Steven Hawking's inability to form sentences means he's maturation lavel is less than a 3 year old as well?
>
>Those are your words. I think you are incorrect that Mr. Hawking’s cannot form sentences. Steven Hawking's is able to express himself well and is a very intelligent person. Sorry if I offended your political sensitivities. I was expressing my opinion about our President.

No sensitivities offended. I just like pointing out the obsurdity of such blanket statements. Saying that someone's intelligence is directly related to their ability to communicate is ridiculous. To whom must people communicate? The civilized world? What about aboriginal genius'? How about the blind? Deaf? Dumb? Savants?

I understand that if you dislike someone that its fun to mock their intelligence but that doesn't make it factually acurate. One might say that grades in school determine one's intelligece. By this notion then Bush is smarter than Gore since his college gpa was higher. Should we believe this? And if so then how do Einstein and Motzart stack up?
