I just tried
oOutlook=CREATEOBJECT("Outlook.Application")
? oOutlook.Version
and I get Outlook 2003 instantiated and 11.0.0.5608 as the version. Perhaps Outlook is not properly installed on that computer or didn't register itself properly? Maybe a reinstall (repair) is in order.
