It might be those nonprintable chars causing this if address cannot fit on one line. VFP and FP 2.x would place those nonprintables to a textfile. I wrote the routine for this problem to show the user a report preview in a scrollable window after sending to a textfile. So pls give a try to routine I've sent first. Report to ASCII whatever the font is used is not WYSIWYG especially graphical objects such as lines are used (and object grouping).
