If it were up to me, I would just have the users get their own full copy of the advanced or professional version and be done with it. For all the licensing and coding headaches of integrating the report designer component into your VFP app strictly for their own report design, I wouldn't think it's worth it.

If your app was to provide a front end for printing/viewing the reports, that's a different story. But for just report creation, just have them get their own copies.
