I have developed an online ordering system for a customer of ours based in NI with users in ireland, NI and UK. the company is www.internet-ireland.ie as far as i can remember and we use asp with vfp dll's and dbc's dbf's. it is a leased server, 2k and has given us no problems at all. we use terminal services to dial into it.
