http://www.west-wind.com/webconnection/webhosting.aspThey support wwc, so, I think they would be open to VFP web components and data. The other alternatives are hosting at your own site (which I'm doing) even if it's cable or DSL (uptime may be an issue).
Also, if going the ISP hosting route, I think it would also help if the VFP Web app is packaged up in the included InstallShield project(MyWebApp.ism) so that it's easy to setup for them...
