You might talk to Leo (MS Brazil), and ask him to replicate Ken's column monthly at MSDN Brazil. I'm pretty sure he'd be able to do that since he's got his own person that does translations, and Ken's articles are always very short. Also, since it's all Microsoft web-sites, there's no problem in replicating the content worldwide (at least that's what I've been told in the past). :)
