I use use the navagator and toolbar classes mostly. Nothing to complicated. It seems that both versions (5 and 6) can be used in the same container without conflict. As soon as I resolve some OCX6 features that I use in tool bar, I will attempt to move to version 5 for those classes.

If I limit my use of OCX 5 to Imagelist, ToolBar, Treeview and Listview, would I (or my users) have anything to worry about?

WinForms classes have more features than thair analoges in Common Controls ActiveX libs.
I don't understand why VFP not a Winform engine. I used a Winform Xbase (released by same people that offer Delphi) about 10 years ago. It was flushed out by VFP, but still enjoys a small market in europe.

Imagination is more important than knowledge
