Why can't object property arrays be passed by reference? Why can't arrays be more than 2 dimensions? Why can't AScan work on a column?
If I could find a database development environment that came close to VFP in terms of robustness and flexibility of its database engine, PLUS had a programming language that really made sense (rather than representing a tangle of inconsistent xBase syntax evolved and expanded over several generations), I would switch in a second.

In fact, I've been looking closely at PowerBuilder lately. Version 5 is pretty impressive.

Are there any folks on this thread who also use (or have used) Powerbuilder or Delphi?
