It could be that since you're not in the USA, employers are assuming that they're going to have to apply for an H-1B visa for you, which entails time and money. Secondly, most of the positions require Visual FoxPro, and not version 2.6. If you have a work visa for the USA and if you have VFP skills...no matter how little...you may wish to stress these facts immediately in any response to the ads.
