Check out Rick Strahl's Web Store product at www.west-wind.com. It has a desktop management part of the app that can pull down order info from the website, although I don't know how extensive it is in meeting your exact needs. You do get complete source code, however, so you can modify as needed.

He's got a VFP version and also a new .NET version, both of which include a great little business object class that is useful for other applications as well and can talk to VFp tables or SQL Server.
