I don't see where they are asking for FULL source code disclosure ..
I went back and read the job spec here.

They are asking for a list of names of stuff, not a dump of source code.

I also think they want you to be able to talk about a class in a classlibrary.

I also think they want to see some headers from a class in a classlibrary, at some point.

An example ?

The above is an example of some header stuff that can be generated using the VFP Documentation Wizard , where the headers of things are only in a file.

So all n all ? I don't see where complete source code is listed - they are asking for samples, and only asking for samples to be sent 'on request' .

I sense is a reasonable job posting.

I did not take any offense from reading it.
Also ? their website looks substantial enough that perhaps they are a real firm. If you have any doubt, would suggest you contact the attorney general's office [or whatever the Canadien equivalent is] in Montreal and see if they are a real company. I sense they are, but is not based on anything substantial.
