Title:
How to hide the database password in the DBC connection
Hello all.
I have a system written in VFP 6, and it connects to SQL Server 2000 using ODBC in DBCS and Remote Views. All the system is programmed this way. I have a new user requirement wich is to replace the sa password with another one and make this one secret. The problem is that I have to MODIFY the connection to set the new passwords in the DBCS and then, any user that have VFP can issue a MODIFY CONNECTION and see the current password. How can I Hide it?
TIA
