Thanks for your Reply.
I found it and it is all of things i want.
Now i want to know , can i change DIGIT SUBSTITUTION ( IN XP OR 2000 )/NUMERAL STYLE ( IN WIN98 ) from within my program with API function ?
I found these API but i can not understand how must to use from these api.
Can you help me?
