Thanks for replying back Dan. Oncalendar didn't do the trick either. I guess what I am after is I want the message to popup on screen saying there is an appointment. I think there may be a incompatibilty issue, because if I go and set the alarm manually in groupwise the message will popup. If I give it the alarm time through foxpro, the alarm will be set but will never popup on the screen. It's kind of goofy I guess, so I think I'm going to have to send an email along with the appointment reminding users that alarm has to be set manually. I did post on Novell groupwise for help, but didn't get much of an answer to this problem.
