Did you verify that the export DLLs are installed properly? You may want to download and run the Modules program at
http://support.businessobjects.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/modules.zip.asp>A client installed my application in her C drive on a Win2K machine. I'm using Crystal 9 for reports. From the Crystal preview window, she clicks the Export button and nothing happens.
