Jim,
Given the time frame on the printing I don't see how this could be related to user error. It is unlikely that anyone could go thru the necessary steps within the time framework. I tried holding down the enter key but as soon as the keyboard buffer filled up and printing was occuring the machine stopped. I think it would be possible to hold down the enter key and produce 2 transactions, but not 13 with a switch in accounts in the middle. I have gone thru the code carefully and there are no LOOPS anywhere in it. At this point, I believe it must be an equipment malfunction or the foxpro runtimes have gone to lunch. By the way, my customer tells me that when this occured they stood around arguing with each other about what had gone wrong as the dot matrix printer continued to spit out receipts. It must have been a funny scene - glad I was not there...
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
