I prefer to work with Query Analyzer rather than Enterprise Manager. In QA, in the ObjectBrowser, right-click on the table you want to copy, go to Script Object to (New Window or Clipboard, whichever you prefer), and Create. It'll create the code you need. Then go to the other Database (there should be a combo up in the toolbar with the selected database name) and run the script.
