I haven't studied it enough yet to know all the details of it, but I've just been dragging and dropping McNeish's mmButton, mmTextbox, etc onto forms from the toolbox, so it can be done. His install instructions included adding a new tab on the toolbox, then populating it by pointing to the DLL with his subclasses of .NET classes.
