When and where was this list published? I suspect with the current position of the dollar the US would not even be on no 2. It surprises me that belgium is above the netherlands in this list. I can't remember this was the case before ?
Anyways, I think this list is pretty irrelevant anyways, because the citizen don't case about the average income, but more about: What is the best country to live in from a social point of view ? I know such list does exists and if I remember correctly, the US was not in the top 10 (mostly european countries)
