I recommend this to my clients and it doesn't involve any integration as it is set up as a printer option (much as Acrobat writer). Also, you can easily combine multiple page formats from multiple applications if you like. There is a freeware version, but I am sure they preferyou to buy (@$40-$50 per seat). My clients have nothing but good things to say about this product.

I bought XFRX shortly after this thread started, and it's worked quite well. XFRX has the added advantage of offering a version that can also create Word DOC files and HTML. I've really been amazed at how beautifully it outputs HTML.
