What I've done in the past is right-click one of the Help nodes and Print from the shortcut menu. Then in the Print Topics dialog, I check the "Print the selected heading and all subtopics" option and click OK. Next, in the Print dialog, I click the Preferences button and select 2 pages per sheet (the writing might be a little small for some developers so you may want to stick with 1 page per sheet).
