Just a few thoughts...

I only read a portion of the posts dealing with your decision, so aside form the wiki, I didn't catch too many of the negative ones. All I can say is, shame on them.

You were one of the great pioneers for this product. A great 3.0 book, an equally good 6.0 book, great Devcon sessions, and until 6 months ago, I actually bought every book from your website. As far as the 'criticisms' of your web-site and FoxTalk's site...hey, I always got what I needed from there. I can't ask for much more.

So I say you belong in the hall of fame...so long as you never bet on baseball ;)

I haven't touched Linux and can't say I have any immediate plans to, mainly because the work I've been doing is in a Windows environment that is unlikely to change for a very long time. So .NET and VFP are my tools for now, though as we all know, nothing is forever.
