I'm trying to distribute a VFP8 application to another machine and it gives this error message;

"Visual Foxpro cannot start.Could not load resources.."

All necessary runtime and support files ;

vfp8r.dll, vfp8t.dll, vfp8enu.dll, msvcrt70.dll, gdiplus.dll, config.fpw, foxuser.dbf

and the application is in the folder;

C:\Program files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VFP

The dll's vfp8r.dll & vfp8t.dll are registered. OS is Win2K Server, or, XP Pro.

Am I missing something? Any input would be appreciated.
