"without being critizised" is if you don't participate within a goup like UT. Criticizing is how we work out our issues, especially in a work environment. This is one thing that strikes me as ironic in Whil's statements - he doesn't like these types of forums because of the tone of the criticisms. Well, Open source Linux was and is developed this way and the attacks are probably far nastier in those groups than here on the UT...
