Because sometimes i use class _cryptapi i dont obtain success in invert process of encryption ?

I saw that it depends of SO of the machine

It is then a doubt. How to make the class _cryptapi to function in all versions of the SO ?

One exactly archive can need to be unencrypt by the same routine, however executed for different machines.
